- I decided to workout one year ago and it has been the best investment I have ever made. Prior to meeting Dan, I was overweight and totally out of shape. Weight training did not appeal to me at first. I was very skeptical of the idea. After meeting with Dan, he convinced me to give it a try. I worked out twice a week and watched in amazement as my life and body changed right before my eyes. I had more energy, my body became strong, and I could see my muscles emerging with new form and definition. Dan is an excellent trainer. He encourages, motivates, and cares not only for your physical well-being, but your mental state and confidence as well. Dan's approach has changed my life. I look forward to my weekly sessions with Dan, secure in the knowledge that I have finally found a form of exercise that really works for me.
